A warm welcome to all Canadian MacDuffs! We have received many inquires about a Canadian branch of the Clan MacDuff Society. A former officer of your Society has informed us that this branch is no longer active. We are very sorry to hear that. We are extending an open hand to our northern cousins to join with us in the great family of Clan MacDuff. We already have a number of Canadian members. Anyone with a surname connection to Clan MacDuff is welcome and there are over 400 sept names eligible. Please go to the "Membership Information" link, then to "Surnames Associated with Clan MacDuff" to check on your surname. If you would like to become a member you may download an application. Dues should be paid in US currency. If, in the future, there are enough Canadian MacDuffs who would like to form their own branch once again, we would certainly encourage you to do so and would support you in that endeavor. Meanwhile, we offer you a home with us so that we may share our common heritage. |
